Your custom control cable and custom sensor cable can be manufactured with a wide variety of insulation, depending on your requirements, including high performance thermoplastics. Available insulations include: PVC, polyethylene, polypropylene, FEP, PFA, ETFE, polyurethane, TPR, PE, PP, Silfa®, Nextel®, as well as mica/glass.
Other optional features available for your custom control cable or sensor cable include ultra-miniature cable, resistance to harsh and hazardous environments and the incorporation of high strength alloys. Custom impedance and capacitance levels are also offered. Dacon Systems custom control cable and custom sensor cable can be manufactured to withstand operating temperatures ranging from -60° C to 1200° C.
We can manufacture control and miniature cable as small as 0.040 inches. The minimum order for control and sensor cables is generally 500 ft.
